Last week our Nourishment and Social Wellness Coordinator Katja made mini trifle desserts with our residents at Lulworth House Residential Care Home Baking Club. These were so popular they were gobbled up before we could take any good photos – only empty glasses!!
They also made some delicious Cheerio chocolate bark which they tried as a sneaky snack with their afternoon cups of tea and coffee. Yum!

“We also decorated Barbara’s birthday cake, using some of the techniques we learnt from Princess Christian Care Home’s Chef Cosmin in the Zoom masterclass he hosted a few weeks ago. Marie had to be my turn table by twisting the base as I piped the cream!”
