As it was our first session back at Baking Club at Lulworth House Residential Care Home last week, we started off with some easy activities – decorating Olive’s birthday cake on Tuesday 16 February, making chocolate Rice Krispie cakes on Wednesday 17 February and decorating biscuits with chocolate and sprinkles on Thursday 18 February.
It was all good fun with treats of licking the spoon and stealing strawberries and biscuits to nibble on during the activity!
Nourishment and Social Wellness Coordinator Katja commented;
“It is so good to be back to doing activities regularly and we are all looking forward to the next few weeks, with Mother’s Day and Easter coming up!”
