Our Nourishment and Social Wellness Coordinator Katja organised some cake decorating activities this week at Lulworth House Residential Care Home.
Our residents really love baking and being creative, and this week they enjoyed decorating some sponge and Swiss roll cakes with chocolate glaze and mini marshmallows for fun – which rather handily coinciding with a member of staff’s birthday!
They also created a super cake for Margaret’s birthday, with blackcurrant jam and cream, topped with marshmallows in the shape of a musical note, as she loves singing!
