Last week at Baking Club, our Lulworth House Residential Care Home residents enjoyed a number of delicious activities!
We made creamy kiwi cheesecakes by combining all the ingredients, spooning the mixture into dessert glasses and topping with a fresh piece of kiwi – scrumptious!
We also made some Rice Krispie cakes which are always a firm favourite, especially as our residents love licking the spoons!
We got busy whipping cream for Jack’s birthday cake, with fresh strawberries and grated chocolate on top. Yum!
And Swiss roll cake decorating was also on the menu! Melted chocolate, sprinkles and glaze cherries – what’s not to love!?
