Party time
On Saturday 6 December, we celebrated in style at Lulworth House Residential Care Home with our annual Christmas Party, welcoming residents, families and friends for an afternoon filled with music and plenty of cheer.
The atmosphere was full of joy as everyone tucked into a delicious party buffet which boasted sausage rolls, spring rolls, tempura prawns, samosas, onion bhajis, mini quiches, pizzas and more! Dessert was just as tempting – bite-sized treats such as eclairs, angel slices and coconut bites, plus indulgent options of Black Forest gateaux, chocolate gateaux, or toffee pavlova. What a feast!
Musical entertainment was provided by the talented Charlie Sings, whose wonderful voice made the afternoon truly special.
Pantomime
To keep the fun going, on Monday we welcomed Rah Rah Productions to perform their lively Dick Whittington pantomime. The show was full of humour and interaction – even the Tom Cat character enjoyed a few friendly tummy strokes from our residents!
The performance was packed with laughter and cheeky jokes, bringing plenty of festive sparkle to our Home.
