Baking Club

Last week at Lulworth House Residential Care Home residents made some tasty cinnamon swirls using puff pastry and cinnamon butter.

Katja Osmotherly, Nourishment and Social Wellness Coordinator at Lulworth House, said:

“I’m so pleased with our ladies who helped me this week; we had a good chat and took turns with mixing and icing. We also enjoyed singing along with the radio while we stirred! Turns out Yvonne is an amazing stirrer and she may have to take the top stirrer position in my baking club as she has a lot of oomph! Watch out Anne!”

 

Katja: “They tasted as good as they look and I got Chef’s perks this week as there was one that got ripped in half!”
