Here at Lulworth House Residential Care Home we have been decorating for the festive season, and to help get us in the Christmas spirit last week, our Nourishment and Social Wellness Coordinator Katja decorated some gingerbread men with some of our residents.
One lady squeezed the tubes of icing and needed a little direction with where to aim, and another directed Katja with exactly how she wanted her man to look; every detail had to be correct down to the colour of the eyes to match her late husband’s grey-blue eyes, which was very special.
