Last week, our residents enjoyed a hands-on cooking activity as they made delicious cheese and onion pastry parcels together here at Lulworth House Residential Care Home.
They helped prepare the filling by carefully chopping cheese and onion into small pieces before cutting pastry into neat squares. Once filled, the corners were folded over to create individual parcels, which were then air fried until golden and crisp.
The freshly made pastries were enjoyed later in the afternoon, giving everyone the chance to savour the delicious results of their teamwork and cooking skills. Yum!
