Fruity flapjacks
Our Lulworth House Residential Care Home residents enjoyed making delicious sultana, cherry and marshmallow flapjacks recently.
After mixing all the ingredients and shaping them, they were cooked in our air fryer and then allowed to cool. The finished tasty treats were enjoyed by everyone in the afternoon. Great work bakers!
Chocolate topped cupcakes
On Tuesday 27 May our resident Iris helped our team member Katja decorate some cupcakes with chocolate fondant and swirls. She had to really squeeze the icing bag and was a great help – with a big beaming smile of approval when the cakes were complete. Delicious!
