Indoor gardening
In the first week of spring, our residents here at Lulworth House Residential Care Home enjoyed some indoor gardening and used their green fingers to pot flower seeds. Working in small groups, our ladies enjoyed a relaxing cuppa while chatting about there favourite flowers.
Animal therapy
Later on in the week, some of our ladies and gents took turns to cuddle up with an adorable rabbit during a relaxing animal therapy session – our ladies absolutely loved it! For many residents, petting furry animals like rabbits has a proven calming effect – the perfect end to a busy week!
