We wished a very ‘Happy Mother’s Day’ to all our wonderful mums on Sunday 14 March at Lulworth House Residential Care Home.
Lulworth House was filled with flowers and sweet treats, along with glasses of bubbles and of course, lots of love!
Our Posh Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea of sandwiches, scones, flower cupcakes, macarons, chocolates and strawberries was a beautiful sight and our ladies thoroughly enjoyed it all.
The specially decorated flower cupcakes were made by our residents with the help of Nourishment and Social Wellness Coordinator Katja; they looked and tasted divine!
We spent time with every mum, reading through their lovely cards and looking at the presents they’d received from their sons and daughters.
We also arranged a group Zoom call, so everyone could be part of the day’s celebrations. It was filled with lots of love and kind words for all our lovely mums. We all enjoyed a really special day.
