We’re still enjoying our lovely garden and the warm autumn afternoons
A small group of ladies at Lulworth House Residential Care Home enjoyed an exercise class with balloons in the garden last week.
This kind of exercise means the whole body gets a gentle workout, as do our residents’ hand-to-eye coordination and cognitive abilities.
