Our residents here at Lulworth House Residential Care Home had fun with lots of baking activities last week, with Katja, our Nourishment and Social Wellness Coordinator.
We began by making a trifle for pudding at the beginning of the week, with Tim’s help; He enjoyed the one-to-one activity with Katja while chatting away as he whisked the jelly.
Vera helped to make some tasty Easter nests which we used on the tea trolly. And we made easter egg shortbread with lots of colours in the mix! Our ladies all had to share the work of mixing as it can get a bit tiring.
We had lots of yummy treats!
