Last week at Lulworth House Residential Care Home, we docked in France as we continued on our Around the World with Nellsar Cruise adventure.
We celebrated with lots of French music and food including filled croissants, delicious pancakes and of course cheese and wine. Our ladies and gents joined in with a French-themed quiz and everyone shared their memories of travels to France.
We looked at pictures of French food and everyone agreed that they would not eat snails and frogs legs for lunch!
Our residents also joined in and helped out with a spot of French flower arranging, so our tables could look ‘magnifique’!
We even tried a game of ‘toss the baguette‘ and everyone was successful at getting it into the basket!
