At the weekend, our ladies got together to make a special cake for our staff as a thank you for all their hard work at Lulworth House Residential Care Home.
They decorated it with yellow icing and pink decorative flowers and piped the words ‘thank you‘ on top. Our staff were so thrilled with the cake and such a thoughtful gesture.
As part of their baking session, they also made a delicious quiche from scratch. Nice work ladies!
On Monday morning our residents enjoyed a lovely sunny morning reading the newspapers and enjoying a sing-along.
They also worked with card and buttons to craft bow ties for Father’s Day, which we are going to celebrate on Sunday with a cheese and wine party.
