Lulworth House Residential Care Home residents celebrate World Peace Day

We celebrated World Peace Day on Wednesday 17 November with our residents at Lulworth House Residential Care Home.

Everyone wore flowery and colourful rainbow accessories and together we read about the origins of the day and discussed ways we can promote peace in our everyday lives, with simple acts of kindness.

Some of our residents shared memories linked to the wars, with the recent Remembrance Sunday, and talked about the importance of living a life without war and conflict.
