Our Lulworth House Residential Care Home Baking Club on Thursday 29 September was spent mixing cupcake batter!
Our Nourishment and Social Wellness Coordinator Katja used her favourite recipe for Victoria sponge and our residents got to work mixing all the ingredients together.
They cooked 30 cupcakes and decorated some of them with chocolate tools made from a mould, as they were to celebrate our Handyman Phil’s 60th birthday.
Phil was delighted with the cakes – many happy returns!
