Here at Lulworth House Residential Care Home we went big on our St Patrick’s Day celebrations and our Home was transformed into a vision of green with leprechauns, clovers, Irish flags and posters everywhere!
Our residents enjoyed a sensory treasure basket containing items and symbols of the Republic of Ireland and had a good time exploring them. They also had fun wearing green hats and ginger beards made of yarn, as well as pipes made of lentils!
We shared travel memories over a pint of Guinness, engaged in a ring toss competition and danced to some traditional music.
What a cheerful day!
