On Sunday 14 July, two of our ladies from Lulworth House Residential Care Home went out to experience a local music and food festival taking place in Whatman Millenium River Park, close to our Home.
The Maidstone Community Mela was a celebration of music, visual arts, food and dance from around the world.
Our ladies enjoyed a spot of dancing and then had some lunch together. They had a great time listening to music and looking at all the stalls. They admired the colourful arts, crafts and dancers, including a rather impressive Chinese Dragon!
