Here at Lulworth House Residential Care Home, our residents recently engaged in a fantastic art project, to create Name Art.
They started with some A3 card and cut strips of washi tape to stick on to it to spell out their names. They then painted the whole sheet of card with a choice of bright colours. Once dry we removed the tape revealing a wonderful piece of Name Art, which worked so well!
We also used our paints to colour some eye-catching VE Day celebration posters featuring service men and women, poppies, flags and pots of tea to name a few – these will look great on display in our Home.
