We had a blast at our most recent 80’s body pump exercise session here at Lulworth House Residential Care Home!
We brought a splash of colour to our fitness, with lots of different props including pom-poms, silky scarves, and egg shakers. Abby and Nina also looked the part in their rainbow leg and arm warmers! Our lovely Brian was the star of the show with his very fashionable yellow head scarf.
We had the 80’s music pumping and got our bodies moving by dancing along to the music – such great fun!
