On Saturday 3 August we hosted our fantastic Hawaiian-themed Summer Fete here at Lulworth House Residential Care Home, when we invited friends and family in to enjoy the sunshine with their loved ones.
We had an amazing singer called Anna who kept us entertained, a delicious BBQ and lots of summer games for everyone to enjoy including the limbo, basketball, coconut shy and hook a duck. We also held a raffle with our local Dunelm donating a big gardening hamper, plus friends and family dropping items in to support.
Everyone dressed up in the summer spirit and we held a ‘best dressed‘ competition, deciding on two winners because everyone had made such an effort. Great fun!
