With the beginning of the new year at Lulworth House Residential Care Home, we have been talking about climate changes.
We’ve started watching some documentaries, including those made by Sir David Attenborough, and have been discussing how the environment around us has changed over the years and how this impacts on us and all living creatures.
We completed the session with some art and crafts, colouring with chalk some of the endangered species on our planet including the Bactrian camel, the Blue whale and a number of Australian marsupials.
We then hung the pictures on our communal board for everyone to see – a good reminder to be kind to our planet.Â
