Baking Club
We hold a weekly Baking Club with our Lulworth House Residential Care Home residents and last week jam tarts were on the menu!
We made our own pastry, rolled it out and cut out flower shapes for the tart bases. We then used strawberry jam and lemon curd to fill them and once baked, enjoyed them in the afternoon – they were very tasty!
