To kick start the last leg of our Nellsar mini cruise to Japan last week, we organised a sushi making session here at Lulworth House Residential Care Home.
Our residents created a selection of vegetarian and tuna sushi to taste, by cutting the vegetables, rolling the rice and wrapping around the seaweed paper.
One of our residents has a son who lives in Japan so she loved experiencing a taste of their culture and she said it reminded her of visiting him.
