More advent calendar fun
December is going really quickly now we’ve started our giant Christmas advent calendar at Lulworth House Residential Care Home.
We had the lovely Joan and Olive opening presents number three and four, they unwrapped a flower planting set and an ‘All About Us’ game – Joan was so happy with her surprise!
Christmas snowflakes
We continued the festivities this week with a stain glasses snowflake session using tissue paper, card and glue. Our residents said they loved the way that the light shines through the tissue paper, so we’ve put them in our dining room for everyone to admire at dinner times.
The Christmas music was on full blast and the mince pies were on offer for everyone. How perfect!
