We enjoyed a host of fun activities over the Easter weekend at Lulworth House Residential Care Home.
We began our Easter Sunday visiting a local church where we watched the special Easter service and enjoyed some tea and bunny shaped biscuits afterwards as we chatted to some of the locals and people who ran the church.
After a delicious traditional roast dinner, we began our Easter egg hunt. The eggs were mostly hidden outside and we all took our time looking for the eggs in all corners of the garden. Great fun!
After this, we moved on to an activity called ‘What Easter means to me…’ – getting quotes from some of our residents explaining what Easter means to them which we wrote down for everyone to read.
A very happy Easter enjoyed by everyone!
