We are back this week with Baking Club at Lulworth House Residential Care Home. This time we made cupcakes, opting for two flavours so that we could try to cater to everyone
The first ones we made in the morning were rich chocolate cupcakes which were definitely a favourite amongst the residents. In the afternoon, we made funfetti cupcakes, which is vanilla flavoured batter with lots of sprinkles inside – these were so much fun to make!
As always, our residents had a lovely time helping out and we used a trolley to go round the lounges and get as many people involved as possible. Everyone was very proud of the cupcakes and enjoyed having them with some frosting in the evening with their supper!
