We are thrilled to announce that Lulworth House Residential Care Home is a finalists in the prestigious Caring UK Awards 2021.
Our Home has been officially confirmed as a finalist in the ‘Excellence and Innovation in Dementia Care’ category after being recognised for its outstanding commitment to enhancing Dementia care, spearheaded by our Manager, Catherine Singh.
Having attended a Butterfly Dementia Training Course, which values emotional intelligence and domestic household living, Catherine implemented her learning at Lulworth House – sharing her vision for our Home with residents, families, staff and management and getting approval to enhance our gardens and services for people with Dementia.

Our Home will now go through to the next round of judging alongside seven other finalists, with the overall winner being announced at a glitzy awards ceremony at The Athena, Leicester, on Thursday 2 December.
