A group of our residents at Lulworth House Residential Care Home enjoyed making chocolate fridge cake on Sunday 6 August after reading about it in the reminiscence newspaper, The Daily Sparkle.
Our ladies and gentlemen each weighed the ingredients out, bashed the biscuits and mixed the ingredients together. They melted the chocolate with some butter and golden syrup before pouring it over the cake and leaving in the fridge to set.
Everybody enjoyed a piece of their creation at teatime!
