It’s been a busy time at the Lulworth House Residential Care Home baking club!
We have enjoyed creating a wonderful array of delicious treats over the past few weeks with Katja our
Nourishment and Social Wellness Coordinator. These have included;
- Muffins
- Homemade sausage rolls
- Chocolate cheesecakes which were enjoyed for a lunchtime dessert
- Chocolate cornflake slices with sultanas, cherries, marshmallows and dark chocolate
- Cinnamon swirls, including icing the swirls
The cinnamon swirls were a sure favourite – with a few of our ladies enjoying eating them while the icing was still super sticky! And why not! Yum!
