On Monday 12 June we spent most of the day outside in the sunshine and fresh air here at Lulworth House Residential Care Home.
Our residents got their creative minds to work and enjoyed a special painting activity, using a variety of paints and glitter to decorate some different shaped shells. Some residents preferred painting the shells one colour and adding lots of glitter, whilst others enjoyed painting funky colours and designs on them. We had some incredible results!
We also painted some shapes to spell out ‘Lulworth’ which was fun! Later, we arranged the shells in our garden near the flowers; they have made the garden look beautiful and reminded many of us of the beach.
Such a fun activity to do outside!
