On Tuesday 9 May, our resident Marie and Katja our Nourishment and Social Wellness Coordinator made a chocolate cheesecake cake together, with a chocolate cake base instead of a biscuit crumb base.
The cake was topped with chocolate cake crumbs and broken Easter eggs (…we still have a few around!), making it even more tempting. It will be served as a dessert at lunch today – delicious!

Our helping hands are at it again!
We have had a lovely lot of helping hands in our dining room recently. From cleaning tables and sweeping to napkin folding and laying the tables – thank you to our kind resident for offering their help.
