Tuesday 8 August was International Cat Day and our residents at Lulworth House Residential Care Home made model cats using air dry clay.
Our ladies and gentlemen had a great time modelling with the clay making cats of different shapes and sizes. They chatted about their pet cats they use to have and what they were called; from Sooty to Ugly, there were some great names.
We are going to paint the model cats when they are fully dried, and we’ll try to paint them using similar colours to our residents’ own pet cats.
